Through roles supporting business operations, systems analysis, testing, and operational leadership, Rob has developed a strong understanding of healthcare processes from both strategic and operational perspectives. Today, he brings that diverse experience to discussions focused on bridging the gap between Payment Integrity and Special Investigations, leveraging collaboration, analytics, and innovative approaches to strengthen healthcare program integrity.

She has extensive experience in health plan operations, payment integrity, coordination of benefits, and Medicare Secondary Payer programs. In her role at HAP, Heather leads teams and initiatives focused on improving operational performance, strengthening payment accuracy, and addressing complex healthcare reimbursement challenges. Her experience includes developing and implementing payment integrity strategies, overseeing vendor programs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and partnering across the organization to improve claims accuracy and operational processes.

Angela Mitchell brings over 12 years of specialized experience in healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse across both the public and private sectors. She began her career with the Texas Office of Inspector General, where she focused primarily on Medicaid fraud investigations. At Cotiviti, Angela has served on the postpay investigative team and as Senior Client Services Manager for Claim Pattern Review. She leads a proactive program designed to identify providers exhibiting potential FWA behaviors before claims are paid, helping clients strengthen program integrity and reduce financial risk.
