Prior to joining Cotiviti in 2023, Krista had more than 18 years of healthcare regulatory, government, and litigation experience in private practice, including a significant role in the Plaintiff's Executive Committee representing government entities in the National Prescription Opiate Litigation.

Megan supervises medical review staff, performs quality reviews of audit documentation and medical reviews of suspected FWA cases, and leads provider education for Cotiviti’s FWA clients. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare regulatory environment. Before joining Cotiviti, she was manager of special investigations for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, specifically focusing on mitigating FWA under the New Jersey Medicaid program.  She also has handled executive complaints and government appeals under the New Jersey State Health Benefits Program.
