They also shared what we’ve learned from experience with COVID-19, including how it has emphasized the need for an interoperable record that provides comprehensive clinical insights and patient medical history. As we look to the future, and potential COVID-19 resurgence or appearance of other novel viruses, this 360-degree patient view will help to better identify those at risk and determine the best personalized interventions based on their clinical predisposition, genetics, social determinants of health, and other factors.
