Register for the on-demand webinar

A good investigative work plan hinges on keeping up with new and emerging trends. And certain types of schemes require significant analysis and preparation for inclusion in work plans. Is your special investigations unit (SIU) ready for the new year?

Join us for our on-demand webinar Preparing for investigative strategies in 2023, where our subject matter experts will discuss FWA trends that payers should consider while fine-tuning their investigative strategies for 2023. We’ll review recent utilization trends, evaluation and management (E&M) CPT code changes, and a few case studies from our FWA Services team on constructing and executing work plans.

Participants will leave the session with an understanding of:

  • Investigative work planning preparation
  • 2023 E&M code updates that may increase FWA
  • Potential FWA trends based on a Cotiviti analysis of utilization and SIU service spikes

Join us for a head start on detecting and preventing FWA in the new year.
